2009 : February 13th to 22th / Players born in 96-97 / Class AA-BB-CC / 50th Edition 2010 : February 12th to 21th / Players born in 97-98 / Class AA-BB-CC / 51th Edition The Quebec Pee-Wee tournament is the most famous youth hockey tournament in the world. Its name and popularity are the equivalent of a true world championship for the Pee-Wee category. It Gathers each year more than 100 teams coming from about 20 different nationalities. It is also a great oppotunity for young hockey players to practice their passion in the mythical walls of the Coliseum, home of an ex NHL team, the Quebec Nordics. A total of 200 000 spectators are coming each year to watch the games of the "Pee-we", like they say in Quebec! During the Final game, an audience of 10 000 people is usually there. With this tournament, Sports Global Tours invites you to live a sporting challenge within an exciting setting. Bernieres had about 95 teams registered in 2007 and as Quebec the tournament hasthe International statut. Each year, we register between 8 to 12 teams at this tournament. In 2003, apart from the traditional tournament, the committee and Sports Global Tours organized a new formula the "World Cup". The first edition was a huge success. The teams from Canada, Quebec, Finland, USA, France, Switzerland and Iceland defended their colours with enthusiasm in 2007. ST ANSELME PROVINCIAL BANTAM TOURNAMENT 2008 : From February 14th to 17th & from 21th to 24th / Players born in 93-94 / Class BB-CC-A-B / 29th Edition 2009 : From February 12th to 15th & from 19th to 22th / Players born in 94-95 / Class BB-CC-A-B / 30th Edition Located in the Bellechasse area, approximately 25 km south of Quebec, the St-Anselme Bantam tournament offers an interesting range of teams and an organization focused on success and development. This year we have registered 7 teams. Our congratulations to the Mont Blanc team which has won the tournament in class A. The committee has a very good sense of organization and privileges a good atmosphere in order to make this tournament a true festival of hockey. 2008 : From February 07th to 10th / Players born in 90-91-92 / Class CC-B 2009 : From February 05th to 08th / Players born in 91-92-93 / Class CC-B ♦ TORONTO BRANDFORD "WAYNE GRETZKY" TOURNAMENT Novice - Atom - Peewee -Bantam The Wayne Gretsky Tournament is an international tournament gathering 100 teams and very popular from its name. Located in the Toronto aera, the tournament takes place in the city of Brandford the native city of the "Great One" who still the sponsor of the tournament. The tournament welcome team between Novice and Bantam age categories. A lot of levels are represented. We can combine this tournament with visits and activities such as Niagara Falls or an NHL game in Toronto or Buffalo. OPTION "NHL DAY" * According to the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators schedule and the tickets availibility. Make your dream come true ! Play on the Canadiens or Senators ice and be part of the tradition: players introduction, home announcer, cameraman, timekeeper and DJ, a game coordinator and a security staff. VHS tapes or DVD of your game available upon request (at your charge). Tickets for a regular season Canadiens or Senators game. Lunch included. This program will be available only according to the calendar of the Montreal Canadiens or Ottawa Senators and to the number of teams participating. This day is at your own charge. In 2007 the cost for this special day was approximately 130 Euros per person. |
