GROUP TRAVEL CONTRACT

For each team travelling with us, we establish a group contract. This contract underlines the services we offer, it holds all information needed regarding the rates and programs concerned, and it also indicates the terms of sales regarding the group travels.

This contract has to be signed by both parties and in double copies.One copy is kept by the team and one is returned to us.

The team coach can sign this contract  and the parents can also sign it in a particular section reserved for adults approval.

For parents participating, we make different contracts that concern only individuals and families.

  GROUP FILE

For each team participating, we keep an administrative file. It allows us to transfer information to group coaches and to obtain documents on the team and on the parents coming (for example: registration forms, balance of payments, etc.)
